Lubrication of bearing parts has a great influence on the efficiency and quality of the entire milling equipment. If we improperly maintain the bearing, we cannot add the replacement lubricating oil in time according to the regulations, or the sealing of the bearing parts is not strict, resulting in more grease generation, it will increase the frictional resistance of Raymond's grinding bearings, and thus cause Raymond's grinding bearing components. Temperature is too high. In order to prevent Raymond Mill's bearing temperature from being too high, we must add lubricating oil in a timely manner, and ensure the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, and prevent contamination of components such as dust and impurities. 2, Raymond grinding roller grinding ring temperature is too high. In the milling production, the grinding roller ring is a part that directly contacts the material, so the friction force is large and damage is easily formed. In view of this situation, when we use raymond mill, we must pay attention to the hardness and particle size of the material to be ground in order to reduce the friction of the grinding roller ring. When Raymond Mill is running, sometimes we unconsciously touch the fan equipment, which causes the wind pressure of the fan to change and cause the motor to heat up. When the fan temperature is too high, it will seriously affect the normal operation of Raymond Mill. Therefore, when we use Raymond Mill, we must avoid this situation. In order to make Raymond Mill's fast and efficient operation, we must make corresponding adjustments according to the actual situation of the equipment. For example, properly adjust the ventilation of the Raymond Mill room and open the ventilation ducts of the equipment so that the Raymond Mill indoor and outdoor air streams can operate convectively to avoid excessive temperatures in the Raymond Mill room.
